- 1 cup of low-fat mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup horseradish
- 1 cup of low-fat sour cream
- ¼ cup of crumbled bacon (optional)
- ½ teaspoons of pepper
- 1 bulb of garlic
- 1/3 cup of low-fat blue cheese
- Cook bacon bacon and remove grease with paper towel.
- Crush garlic bulb to preferred portion (for garlic flavor).
- Mix ingredients into a large bowl.
