Dr. Erfle is a Board-Certified Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgeon by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. A native of near by West Chester, he earned his undergraduate degree at the Johns Hopkins University followed by his medical degree at the Temple University College of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed his post graduate training at the Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia. Emphasis there was placed on evaluation and management of all aspects of foot and ankle pathology as well as the systemic disease contributing to these disease processes. Dr. Erfle has had extensive training in all aspects of foot and ankle reconstructive surgery and sports medicine as well as diabetic limb salvage.
In his free time, Dr. Erfle enjoys working out at the gym, watching and attending sporting events, and going on long hikes with his dog. Dr. Erfle enjoys skiing in the winter months and traveling to National Parks and other notable locations during the warmer seasons with his wife and three kids.
