Ingredients:
- Free-range boneless chicken breast
- 2 jars of tomato basil sauce
- ½ cup of low-fat whipped cream
- 1 box of noodles
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
Process:
- Cut up chicken in olive oil.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Cook noodles, strain.
- Mix all sauce and whipped cream together with sauce.
- Put in lasagna pan.
- Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
