- 1 organic and/or free-range skinless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of fat free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of fat free sour cream
- 10 grapes
- 1 apple
- 1 stalk of celery minced
- 1 teaspoon of roasted almonds
- Black pepper
- Cook chicken- boiled or grilled.
- Cut chicken into small chunks
- Cut grapes into quarter-slices
- Cut apples into small chunks
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve with tomatoes and lettuce.
