The groupings include various important factors for both male and female runners. Weather, distance, leg-build, price, and comfort are some of the many factors taken into consideration for deciding the best underwear for a run.
Our opinion at Healthmark Foot and Ankle is to run in whatever provides “support” and feels comfortable. Every runner has a different type of body build, so not all runners will wear the same gear; this goes well beyond underwear.
