Ingredients

  •      1 cup of dried lentils
  •      5 cups of  low-sodium beef stock
  •      Ham bones
  •      2 potatoes
  •      2 tablespoons of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter®
  •      1 tablespoon of flour
  •      Pepper
  •      Dill

 
Directions

  1. Wash lentils and drain
  2. Cover with cold water and allow to stand for at least 2 hours.
  3. Strain
  4. Place in large saucepan with low-sodium beef stock and ham bones
  5. Cover and bring to boil
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until lentils are tender
  7. Add potatoes and simmer for at least 20 minutes
  8. Cream together the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter® and flour
  9. Gradually mix into soup
  10. Cook for 15 minutes
