Ingredients:

  • Free-range boneless chicken breast
  • 2 jars of tomato basil sauce
  • ½ cup of low-fat whipped cream
  • 1 box of noodles
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese

 

Process:

  1. Cut up chicken in olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with parsley.
  3. Cook noodles, strain.
  4. Mix all sauce and whipped cream together with sauce.
  5. Put in lasagna pan.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
