- 1 head of chopped organic broccoli
- 1 small chopped red onion
- ½ cup of chopped raw cashews
- ½ lb bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- ½ cup of low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of organic sugar
- 1 teaspoon of white vinegar
- Mix low-fat mayonaise, organic sugar, and white vinegar together.
- Add broccoli, red onion, cashews and bacon.
- Chill at least two hours before serving.
