Ingredients

  •      1 head of chopped organic broccoli
  •      1 small chopped red onion
  •      ½ cup of chopped raw cashews
  •      ½ lb bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  •      ½ cup of low-fat mayonnaise
  •      1 tablespoon of organic sugar
  •      1 teaspoon of white vinegar 

Directions

  1. Mix low-fat mayonaise, organic sugar, and white vinegar together.
  2. Add broccoli, red onion, cashews and bacon.
  3. Chill at least two hours before serving.
